That’s right, I’m not making any resolutions. Because I’m perfect the way I am. Haha – kidding! I’m far from perfect. I just don’t like the idea of resolutions. Perhaps I’m jaded. I’ve been in too many gyms in January to see the masses come flooding in, only to be gone my mid-February, filled with frustration, regret and perhaps a few more donuts.
I do, however, really enjoy reflecting on the year past and the year ahead and setting goals and aspirations that will guide me to make each year a little better than the one before. In many cases, this means continuing habits and behaviors that keep me grounded. In some cases, this means a shift or change in behaviors and attitude to improve myself.
