Are you a sweet or salty person? I use to be a sweet person. A girl’s gotta have her chocolate, right?! But over time, I’ve somehow become more of a salty person. I c-r-a-v-e the stuff. So I’m always looking for recipes that can give me my salt but also deliver some nutritional value. Not an easy combo to find….

Until now. Enter kale chips! I know, I was skeptical too. But, please, try before your judge! You may be very surprised. Kale chips have become a favorite among many of my moms!

What’s even better is that kids LOVE them. Kids are going to eat whatever is around the house, right? If you don’t have regular chips, they’re pretty much forced to try these babies. So have them try ’em and see what happens. You may transform the nature of snacking in your house!

Here’s a super easy recipe on how to make kale chips. This recipe was posted by one of my favorite ladies, Brenda Alvarez, of Fried Eggs and Toast. I love her blog. You’ll be seeing more of her recipes in the future.

Ok, go make these badboys and let me know whatcha think!
