Sara – I am super excited about your new program. I lost all my babyweight and more after my 1st was born using WW and it worked great. After having my 2nd (whose now 5.5) nothing has worked. I have tried WW multiple times and it has not worked for me. I did 6 weeks of P90x, felt great but did not lose 1 pound. Did couch to 5k last summer and went from being able to run 2 blocks to 30 minutes…gained 8 pounds since I started running. When I got to your list of symptoms I knew this was for me as I have had 7 of them for a long time. I can’t wait to try it out!

I just discovered your blog last month, and I have to say I’m super impressed at the wealth of information and resources. As a busy busy mom of six kids, you are totally right when you say I have little time to exercise. I’ve been working hard at losing weight on my own, and would LOVE to up my success with the SuperMom workouts! I really want to be a role model for other moms – I want the message to be that you can have kids and be healthier and fitter for it! So many moms ‘give up’ and never put in the effort needed to see results.

I recently started a facebook group with my friends as a way to support each other in our healthy choices. I already told them all about your blog – I hope they find their way here and get inspired! Thanks for all you do.

Sara, your program would be perfect for me RIGHT NOW because I have been jumping around from other programs trying to dislodge this stubborn belly fat from baby #3. He is now 6 mo old and I really have no more excuses!

Five weeks is a totally doable timeframe, I KNOW you could make a huge difference for me. The free workouts you share on your site are always challenging and fun, so I expect this would be also! Clearly other moms have succeeded with you as their coach, it is time I am ale to say the same thing.

Thanks for this opportunity, take care and hope to talk soon,
Heidi

Please Please please…. I have read your website, got the free downloads and have done the free workout. I am ready to be fabulous !! I have 5 and 8 year old girls and still havent managed to lose the mummy tummy and the mummy butt !!
I need the motivation to make this work. I am not a person that likes to advertise a struggle. But this is going to be my year!
I am trying to give up the crap food, do more exercise and be fabulous!! I dont want to be younger or look younger, I just want to have more energy and be fitter (and maybe … have great legs!) My determination this year is to achieve a figure I am happy to see in the mirror and be happy !! I am on the slide to 40 and intend to be fabulous! I just need some help to do it !
I dont have heaps of time, two businesses, two kids, one dog and just the one husband (that probably qualifies as a couple of more kids surely! šŸ˜› ) and I work 32.5 hours a week!! And I think that I can be a super mom!

I found your website via some friends on facebook and was so excited because it sounded like something that would truely add to my journey to “get fit.” I grew up in a family of 10 kids and although we were all fairly skinny, we weren’t really healthy. Processed food, boxed dinners, you name it. I remember when I was first married and “thought” I knew how to cook, I told my husband that I could make a whole dinner straight from a box–growing up in the country (whereas I am from the city), he was a bit shocked. I didn’t really know any better, my mother really never taught us how to cook, I thought grabbing something from a box was completely normal. I am now 32 years old, 3 kids later and I have hypothyroidism. I told my husband that I feel cheated bc I never learned the proper way to eat and proper nutrition, and I feel all the crap that I ate and my body went through, viritually caused it. But I am reclaiming my health back and turning it around for my kids. No longer will they grow up in a family where the main meal is centered around meat, but will have lots of whole foods and fresh foods at their disposal anytime! I am a pretty “normal” sized girl, but it doesnt’ necessarily mean that inside I am healthy. So after baby #3, I decided to get my body back. When I came across your website, I knew that I had the tools to do that. I am now incorporating tabatas into my weekly routines and am using many health tips and recipes from your site! I think your new program will be very ideal for me since I am close to reaching my goal, but yet still stuck with the baby pooch….(of which I’ve never had a flat/defined tummy). I also believe that your new program will further my healthy eating goals for myself and my family. In addition, I think it can really get to my my goal before my husband comes over. I had baby #3 8months ago and my husband has been currently workout out of town for 6of those months so while Im striving to meet my goals, I’m doing it on my own, taking care of three kids. Love your stuff, thanks for considering me!!

I am a stay-at-home mom (almost 34) w/ 3 little kids. I was a “gym rat” before I had kids and have always enjoyed working out. I stopped working out after I had kids, though. I gained quite a bit of weight w/ each pregnancy, and even though I breastfed all of my kids, I never dropped weight like “everyone” says you will. I managed to lose 45lbs last year doing WW. I still have about 15lbs left to go. I’m always exhausted and struggle w/ depression. I am exercising, but I’m having a really hard time losing weight. I need to learn better eating habits. I do really well w/ a “program”, but I need help w/ keeping the weight off. I think this program might be what I’m looking for. I just want to get to my goal healthy weight and learn to have a healthier lifestyle.

I am a mom of six…1 girl and 5 boys ranging in ages from 2-13. I have always tried to take care of myself and stay in shape. These past couple years, however, I have been so busy being a mom, I have forgotten to take care of me. I have gained 40 pounds and just feel yucky! I know if I just exercise and eat better, I would feel so much better! I just am exhausted by the end of the day…well that’s my excuse anyway! I remind myself of a quote I saw once “I’m in no shape to exercise!” šŸ™‚ Anyway, I know I can do it especially with the Supermom workouts! They are fast and will kick my booty back into shape! My husband even bought me a supermom shirt…it’s pink with a blue “M” inside the superman sign. I do feel like a supermom taking care of my family…now I want to feel like a superME and take care of myself.

Ok, in a nutshell this program works! There are no complicated methods, with all the support and up to date information you receive (as long as you follow the guidelines) there is no doubt you will have success! I am a true believer. No gimmicks, just sensible, knowledge that every Mom should have available to them for us to be the happiest, healthiest, fittest person we could want to be. I heart this program. Thanks Sara

I was always an active kid, and I was never much concerned about my weight until after I had my own children, when the stress of being a single mom and going to school started manifesting around my waistline. Add the lack of sleep and emotional eating and I had my very own recipe for disaster. I’ve been working my little heart out for the last year and a half, and although my heart rate and blood pressure are now on the low end of normal, I still don’t have the energy I’d like and I’ve got those last 10 pounds I’d like to lose– most of it around my belly. Unfortunately, I seem to be stuck in a rut. I’ve read the description of your new system and would love to give it a try. Thanks for all your hard work and inspiration!

Before having my son I was an avid exerciser. I can no longer go to the gym like I used to before. For the past year I have been trying to find a way to fit exercise into my new life and lose the last of the baby weight. I have a large collection of exercise DVDs that I never find the time to do. I am so glad that I found your program. I have finally found a way to exercise at home that works for me as a working mom. I really enjoy your videos, I hate working out alone and the length is perfect. Your emails seem to come at the right time when I need a reminder to stay on track and eat mindfully. I have learned a lot about exercise and nutrition that I have been able to incorporate into my daily life. I am very excited about this new program, can’t wait to try it out. Thank you!

Sara, your work is so inspiring! The timing is perfect for me: I have a 2 yr old and a 9 mo old, I just stopped breastfeeding(harder to keep weight off :(), and I am one year older on Sunday (I should embrace this as a great thing, but feel the after-effects/extra bulge from 2 young children, which makes me feel too old). As I am sitting here wiping my nose from a terrible cold and downing some extra strong coffee to keep my energy “just afloat”, I can relate to your post.
I have trouble saying that I NEED something like this program, sorry. I think air, water, shelter, love…you know. What I can say, and it’s difficult to admit, is that I need some guidance and support to try to find my healthy, energetic self again. I deserve it! (No more than any of these other moms, it is a tough job) I deserve to have health, energy, and to be a good example for my children. (My kids deserve it too!) I would love to learn how to incorporate MY health into my busy daily life, to eat clean and have self-discipline, and to set the foundation for more physical life goals. I find it intriguing you have a holistic approach, even incorporating hormonal balances, this is something different than most! 5 weeks isn’t daunting, is a great place to start, and can lay the groundwork for a healthier lifestyle. Thanks for what you do!

I am a 36 year old mom of 2 girls (5.5 and 2.5). I am actively involved at both of their schools which leaves very little “me” time. Joining a gyn is out of the question (cost and time wise) and I am not a runner. I have been using your 6 week program for losing baby weight and love that the videos are short and sweet and very effective. It would be great to add more to the library so that I can change it up more often. I can’t wait to see what you have in store for us!!

Let’s see… how about the pregnancy weight is still there, plus an additional 17 lbs, 7 years later? How I never in my life dreamed I would have this much trouble losing weight, how I weigh almost 20 lbs more than I did when I was about to burst and deliver child # 1, how I have gained and lost weight more times than anyone on this earth, how I have tried (and succeeded, albeit temporarily) at every single diet program in the universe several times, how I love to exercise but just can’t seem to put it all together, how white carbs are my nemesis, how I have sworn over and over again that THIS would be the time, how I have not a single minute to myself in the day ever, how if it doesn’t come from a box I’m not sure I can eat it, how I cannot seem to have time to sit down for a meal ever, how all consuming this topic is inside my head always, how I am always all or nothing? I need a program, a philosophy and a mindset that is doable and is finally FOREVER. That can fit into my crazy life but also take away the obsession with dieting and losing weight, and focus on being real and healthy. Thanks for the sanity you bring, and the community where we learn none of us is in it alone.

I’m going to be a new mom and I’m super excited to use your programme.
I hope that with me doing your workouts, it will also inspire my mom and other family members to be in better shape.
Our body weights range from flabby, chubby to “fatso”.

Thank you, Sara!

I am a recently laid off step mom to a 16 year old and an 11 year old and a mom to a 2 1/2 year. All 3 of them are just bundles of energy that I struggle to keep up with. My husband is a police officer that works graveyard shift in addition to SWAT callouts and missions. I have been working out 6 days a week for 7 weeks and gained 6 lbs. Don’t say it’s muscle, because my fat pants are now too small. I need your information on nutrition and proper excercises to finally lose weight and get my energy back!!!

I love your website and all your knowledge! I was just introduced to FHM recently by a friend who has proven results from your workouts and diet. So thankful she sent me your link! I am a homeschool mother of three, grades 3,5,7. So I do not have time for long workouts! I’ve tried lots of “diets” but what I need is a new way of eating, not a diet. I am a sugar addict! So when I read that I need to retrain my body to not crave the “junk food” I knew this was the plan I needed! Ironically, I was just about to ask you if the losing baby fat workout would work even if my baby is now 9 years old, when I read your post about Supermoms! I want to be a Supermom! Thanks for your help!

I am overwhelmed with trying to lose weight. I had already packed on way too many lbs due to my lack of activity in late middle age and then a late in life baby weight on top of that. I am so out of my league with weight loss at this stage. I have no energy to try to keep up and know that exercise and diet will help. Please help an OLD mom learn new tricks.

I just found your site this week and love how positive it is. Our two precious babies are 14 months apart and they are 2 and 3 now. As a full time high school teacher, I am constantly moving and when I get home, my family keeps me going until bedtime. However, the weight just isn’t coming off. I would love the opportunity to have a copy of your program!

I am a stay home wife and mother who has borne 4 children in the last 7 years. While I have been rather blessed to have not gained a lot of weight during my pregnancies, my problem is that I am rather “scrawny”. I have a flabby tummy and NO muscle mass what so ever, anywhere! I really need some toning and strengthening, especially my core and my butt! I am really determined to be healthy and work hard at now that we are finished having our children! I don’t have a lot of free time for going to the gym, so having something that I can do at home is perfect for me!

Right now I am 25 weeks pregnant with baby #3. I started out 50 lbs overweight and I was getting in good shape, but I wasn’t there yet, not mentally. I’m fighting my 3rd round of gestational diabetes and I HAVE to get this together. I’m terrified that this is not going to go away after the baby is born and I need to FIGHT for my health!!! Not just for me, but for these 3 beautiful kids that God has given me! I need a plan and some motivation, even before the baby is born, so that I will be there mentally and have a no excuses attitude.

Jessica, Congrats on #3!! You’ll want to do our 6 Week Pregnancy Weight Loss Program before SuperMoms! http://www.6weekpregnancyweightloss.com. It’s a much safer place to start. Once you’ve completed that, you should definitely jump on board with SuperMoms!

Hi! I’ve more recently become a mom; my little guy is 20 months old. Before I got pregnant I was working hard to loose weight for my wedding (got pregnant on the honeymoon!) and gaining 50 lbs during my pregnancy from a stressful work environment, and be exhausted all the time (not to mention the WORST sweet tooth ever) completely devastated me. I worked hard and was just 7 lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight. Then I went on birth control which led to ALL of the symptoms you have listed under your hormonal imbalance list. I gained back 10 lbs, tried so hard to loose with absolutely no results. Had to have emergency surgery & after that put 15 more lbs on. I’ve been off of the BC since September but my body is still no where near being back to normal. I’ve been doing a lot better but would still love to learn all of your info to help my journey to a better healthier me.

Hi, Cat here. Aussie mum, thirty years young.
My blessings- Chloe 12, Josi 3, Jesse 2, Abi 1 & my fifth and final- Micah, due in two weeks.
Having babies annually for the last four years, means I need something thatā€™s going to workā€¦
I know youā€™ve got it-
a loung- room-friendly kick-butt workout thatā€™s going to sort out my preg-affected abs (or whateverā€™s left) & results thatā€™ll keep me motivated.
Itā€™s got to fit in around approximately 50 dirty nappies, a dozen meals & snacks, several potty empty-ings and nine load of washing.
I’m serious about getting back in shape- keeping up with four little ones is going to require fitness and strength.
Fully loaded, my quad pram is 100 lbs, pushing that monster takes some muscle.
Throw moving into house to begin working on 120 acres of organic farming land, with the tribe in tow, four months after new bub arrives- that’s going to take some kind of supermumma power.
I’ve already bought the 6 Week Pregnancy Program, Iā€™m reading & watching it in my spare time. I’ve bought some cute clothes in my pre-preg sizeā€¦ maternity gear- EBAY’ed!
Journal printed, DVDā€™s burnt, menues planned & my diet is now high proteinā€¦
ā€¦ I even ordered in PB2 from the US of Aā€¦ Iā€™m committed!
Once doc says ā€œYesā€- Iā€™m good to go!
I want to be fit for my children & foxy for my husbandā€¦
ā€¦but honestly, Iā€™ve just got to take my temple backā€¦
ā€¦for me.

Cat, Congrats on #5, Micah! After he arrives, you’ll want to do your 6 Week Pregnancy Weight Loss Program BEFORE the SuperMoms Program. That will be a much safer place to start. Once you’re done with PWL, you’ll be ready for SuperMoms! Good luck with the new little guy!

Why do I need your SuperMomWorkouts? Because Iā€™m stuck in my house and I canā€™t get out!!! Lol! I have five small children ages 7,6,4,2, and 5 months old, and I homeschool them all. I love being a mother, I love my children to pieces, and I love being with them all day long. As you can imagine, though, I donā€™t get out much. I simply canā€™t. However, I need to find some way to get back in shape right in my home, and it needs to take up very little time. I discovered your blog just a few weeks ago and I really feel like what you have to offer is exactly what I need. Iā€™ve tried some of your workouts and I love them! They are fun, they are quick, and they are effective. I spend almost every waking moment taking care of others; I want to do this one thing for myself. Although, I know it will also greatly benefit my husband and children if I look good and feel good and have the energy to spend with them. I am ready to be serious about getting back in shape! Bring it on!
