I’m about to out head to a business meeting in Vegas (no, really, it is a BUSINESS meeting!)  I have to head down there every 3 months or so to meet with my colleagues.  It’s a lot of work, but really exciting.  I usually don’t even leave my hotel, as I get so absorbed in my work.  I’m a nerd.

Wow – what a crazy week it’s been and it’s only Wednesday.  As you know, yesterday was the launch of my 6 Week Pregnancy Weight Loss Program.  I have been frantically replying to emails and getting the program into all the right hands.  It is so exciting to see so many of you dive in to the program.  Right before summer too – perfect timing!!

Let’s talk about jealousy for a minute…

True Beauty = Strength + Power + Grace

A colleague of mine posted this video on Facebook earlier this week. It struck me in a couple ways. First off, the little girl in the video looks like she could be my daughter. So she immediately caught my attention. Then, there is the matter at hand: how little girls see themselves and beauty in our culture. It is sad and scary. Lastly, this video made me realize how passionate I am about being part of the solution, not the problem of how beauty is defined in our culture. Read more »
