Rapid Fat Loss Interrogation Files

By |

Every few months I run my Rapid Fat Loss Program in Seattle. It is a phenomenal program that yields phenomenal results. In fact, this program was the basis for Fit Healthy Mom’s 6 Week Pregnancy Weight Loss Program and our newest program, SuperMom Workouts. When I started running these kinds of programs a couple years ago, I knew I stumbled upon something special – people were getting amazing results they had never gotten before. This is because the programs I create incorporate all three necessary pieces to weight loss success:

1. The right kind of nutrition
2. The right kind of exercise
3. A major mindset overhaul

The program I wrapped up this week was incredible. People were so engaged and enthusiastic. This really helped them to achieve AMAZING results. When I say amazing, I’m talking losing 22 pounds in 4 weeks. Yup, the overall program winner lost 22 pounds in 4 weeks – a new record for this program. That is some serious Awesome Sauce.

On Monday night we all met for our awards ceremony, where we sipped champagne and everyone got prizes (so FUN!) During that time I asked everyone to share their biggest “Take Away” or Ah-Ha Moment from the program. It is really powerful for everyone to hear what everyone else learned. It’s also really powerful to hear yourself share with others what you learned.

As I was driving home, it occurred to me that this information was powerful enough that it deserved to be shared.

With you.

Enter – the Rapid Fat Loss Interrogation Files.

Here are the responses I got from participants when I asked them their biggest Take Away of my weight loss program. Remember, these are people just like you – working on your 6 Week Pregnancy Weight Loss Program OR SuperMom Workouts OR just trying to live the best and most healthy life possible.

“I realized that portion size matters no matter what – even if it’s healthy food.”

“I love how full I feel all day and how great my skin looks when I actually drink enough water.”

“I learned I can workout at 6am and it makes the rest of my day better.”

“I learned how to prepare veggies so I like them, and better yet, my family will eat them too.”

“Giving up sugar is really hard – but it gave me great results.”

“After awhile saying ‘No’ to other’s offers of food and treats feels less awkward and more empowering.”

“Saying ‘No’ to an indulgence now doesn’t mean I’m never going to have it again (panic…), it just means I’m not going to have it right now.”

“Planning and prepping food for the week totally changes the food choices I make all week long.”

“I’m finally learning that this is about lifestyle, not just a quick fix. I’m making choices I can live with for the long run now.”

“For 4 weeks I did not eat sugar and for 4 weeks I did not get a migraine. Even though it was really hard the first week, the overall benefit in terms of my quality of life was huge.”

“I can workout harder than I thought, in spite of my injuries, as long as I’m smart about it and use the right modifications.”

“I can have fun in social situations by taking advantage of the great company rather than focusing on eating all the food around me.”

“I feel so much stronger in my workouts and that feels really good.”

“My kids and husband see me as strong. My kids even workout with me sometimes. I really want to keep being this kind of role model to them.”

WOW. These are some wise insights. These are the things that happen when you make a plan and FOLLOW IT for an extended period of time. Results do not come overnight, but if you COMMIT TO SUCCEED, the results pile up in teeny tiny bits on top of each other, and at the end of a chunk of time, these results look and feel HUGE. This is the best feeling ever.

What results are you looking for and what are you willing to COMMIT TO IN ORDER TO SUCCEED?
