6 Week Pregnancy Weight Loss Program Questions

I’m about to out head to a business meeting in Vegas (no, really, it is a BUSINESS meeting!)  I have to head down there every 3 months or so to meet with my colleagues.  It’s a lot of work, but really exciting.  I usually don’t even leave my hotel, as I get so absorbed in my work.  I’m a nerd.

But, before I head to the airport I wanted to touch base.  I’ve been getting a bunch of questions about my 6 Week Pregnancy Weight Loss Program, so I wanted to send out a quick email to make sure I gotcha all covered.  Here’s what everyone wants to know:

1.  This is the first program I’ve seen that caters to “Mom bodies”.  How is it different than other programs I’ve tried?
Excellent question.  My 6 Week Pregnancy Weight Loss Program is different for a few reasons.  First, the core workouts in this program are essential for moms.  That is the area of your body that is the weakest after having a baby.  That weakness can last for years, if you don’t strengthen it.  This is important from a vanity perspective (who doesn’t want a flatter belly?!), but it is IMPERATIVE from a safety and quality of life perspective.  You MUST recondition and strengthen your core so you aren’t at risk for back problems for the rest of your life.

Second, the nutrition component of the program has been tested and tweaked and not only does it work, but it is a maintainable lifestyle that teaches you how to eat well for the rest of your life.  It’s not anything crazy, like fasting for one day each week (yes, I’ve seen these programs!)  It’s real eating for real women – but eating in a way that maximizes belly fat burning and minimizes belly bloat.

Lastly, the workouts are manageable.  There are some great workout programs out there, but you have to get in 60-90 minute workouts each day.  Science has shown us this is not necessary.  What a blessing for moms.  You can spend 30 minutes (sometimes less) per workout and still get amazing results.  It’s about working out smarter, not working out longer.

2.  Are the workouts appropriate for all moms?
Yes.  The workouts in my 6 Week Pregnancy Weight Loss Program can be modified for everyone who has doctor’s permission to exercise postpartum.  Plus, since they’re all on video, you can easily SEE exactly what to do and how to do it correctly (so much better than trying to imitate an exercise you read about in a magazine.)

3.   I know I can’t start the program for a few months.  Should I still get it now?
